Kip,
""Dr. Coz, while I would like to believe a market crash is impossible, I do not have your faith.""

I was a guest at a meeting of brokers and analyst three years ago. I have spoken to the group many times and was invited to hear the comments of a well known market guru, newsletter publisher. (I am sure you would recognize the name, he's on CNBC sometimes). He showed us charts and told us the market would crash in two days and advised us all to get out. I challenged his theory and presented arguments to support a continued bull market. His remarks centered on the market is "too high" and must come down. My challenge centered on this is a "new market" and we are in uncharted territory and no one can predict what the future will be based on the past performance of the market. My rebutle received more support than his doomsday scenario. We parted still friends each with strong views about the direction of the market.
This is what makes the market, bears and bulls.
