Rick, suffice it to say that DGIV has a very capable financial partner should the need for more funds arise for further aquisitions. From the JD International Aquisition release: "This acquisition is a significant step in implementing our strategy of expanding Digitcom's communications network by merger and acquisition, stated Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO. "Adding JD International's presence in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan to the Digitcom network will circumvent many difficulties faced by U.S. companies trying to gain access to those markets." Might as well add Indonesia to the List<VBG> bg
