You are wrong of course. That shouldn't come as a surprise. I get nothing from shorters or long players in this stock and only care that those who would or have taken advantage of trusting investors don't enjoy so much of the money of the unfortunates. The management has not been up front here and it would be very interesting to see what other twists and turns they may have taken.

Do you fear a revelation of RMIL business and a complete accounting of the money flow? If money was diverted to other startups or investments it would belong to the shareholders. I would think you would care about that.

Riley: It appears you have a real problem with the management being held accountable for deception. Why is that?

Riley,

I would assume that since Mork has apparently named you as a co-defendant in his suit against RMIL, then you are preparing a counter-suit.

Why not invite other shareholders to piggy-back on it??

I'm sure Mork won't mind since he obviously believes he has a stronger case than you do.

Regards,

Ron

Assets can be hidden and transferred. Such as in other businesses and or personal
holdings. I listed one business of Bretons. If you can prove the following not to be true
you have a shot at the pot.

>>>>>party to a proceeding if the individual acted in good faith and reasonably
believed that the conduct in issue was in the corporation's best interest, and
in the case of any criminal proceeding, the individual had no reasonable cause
to believe the individual's conduct was unlawful.<<<<<<<

It may not be as difficult to prove as you think. The first step is to locate a very good
securities attorney and "talk". "Talk" is generally free and out of pocket limited if a good
case can be made.

Seems to me like some NON-SHAREHOLDERS sure want the SHAREHOLDERS
of RMIL to start a class action suit against RMIL for some SHORT reasons.

Could it be that some CA. & WI. messages are requesting this?
Hows about a class action against Mork, and his paid and merry men. That sounds
more like a proper shareholder action!
