For "data on a disk", I believe there are at least 2 companies that provide historical data.

One is CIS (I think) and the other is Tick Data. Off hand I don't know the phone numbers.

As far as bonds are concerned, the trouble for Donald is not so much getting the data, but maintaining it. Unless he has access to the data on a daily basis it has to be updated by hand.
