Scatter shooter, maybe I made a mistake. If so, egg on my face. I'll play nice now :-). An interesting note, I did another search on ATXI. The source I use, MSN investor (new version 5 out of beta, very nice btw), polls SEC filings and is updated every Friday night. Reidel, the CEO, only owns around 80,000 shares. Gerber, the CFO, only owns 16,000 shares. Jerry Mathwig is listed as a beneficial owner with more than 10 percent of the common stock, bought 65,000 shares in November, and is listed with 195,500 shares as 1/12/98. The only planned sale on file is by Shirley and Cliff something, a total of 100,000 shares to sell from an acquisition. I don't think the insider holdings amount to much. I hope Ira bought a lot of this stock before it went up. Jin.
