Update on CAYC

It was raised here over the weekend why Caye Chapel had no permanent corporate office. Well it turns out that as they have been on their acquisition spree they have been content to save money and let their acquisitions continue business as usual at their home locations. Rather than introduce an unecessary level of management at this time CAYC would rather let the company progress to the stage where a permanent home office makes sense. There is talk that perhaps the home office will be in Houston same as Oilex.

Also, Alan Burditt is the point man in deal making with the full endorsement of management which allows management alone to well manage. Makes sense don't you think.

The consolidation deal is awaiting complete audits on both companies. Oilex's is almost complete and CAYC's is being held up with the audits of their recent acquisitions. Hang in there.
