Sometimes companies have policy where top management must purchase shares in their companies. Don't know if IMGX has such a policy. But agree that the small buys do NOT signal anything to the street.

Does anyone remember what Zannett said about the potential price of IMGX shares when they first became involved? I thought they said the shares were worth a min. of $7. Can anyone confirm this. If so, why are they now worth a max of 1.50? This is NOT a good signal either.

Re: the shorting issue. Do you think Zannett has shorted some shares through an arrangement w/ a MM? Was wondering if that was what you were thinking, Jay?

The vip's must work there tin cups on the street. They don't have much interest in the company when you look at there share ownership. I would hate to think that I think more of the company 's growth than the company vip staff. Maybe, the problem is that I have been an investor with the company for a longer period of time.

Jay are you still with us on the thread? What do you think of Q1 numbers. Sales definitely on the light side, but I'm interested in knowing whether they are optimistic in increasing sales
