That's pretty amazing that you worked it out that fast.

I was still sitting here looking at it .. trying to figure out what to do. It runs like a BMW.

I changed the println line to look like this.

println symbol, ",", chaikinvol :7:2;

It cleans the output up a bit after the decimal point.

If you have used this Volatility Indicator much in the past you probably know it's a good indicator of a possible retrace or a continued move.
So a slow Rise in Volatility is desirable in an upward price move where an upward Spike is not.

Since you wrote this baby how would you put it to it's Best Use?

Have you ever watched the ...
!VIX Index ? If not compare the Spikes in the !VIX to the DJ30.
