he can live up to his letter of intent or he won't. Pugs, Are you saying that all of this is based on a LOI?? LOI's aren't worth the paper their printed on. And they certainly aren't press releasable as material events. How do I know?? Because that is what GRNO was doing as well under the faulty advice of their former attorney. Regards, Ron
