Robert; Any thing I posted is speculation, or conjecture..I'm
afraid you mat have taken them for fact.
Before you jump in no matter what myself or any one else says,
you need to look up what you can..and even SEC filings can be at
times misleading ..as many people have found out.
Here is a mini profile..
biz.yahoo.com
But I can not say how accurate or timly it is.
I mentioned a reverse split but thats not based on any
fact or released information..it's just a deduction or
speculation if you will..as the Nasdaq has a time limit
on how long a stock can trade under $1 before being
de-listed, which often moves them to the BB:OTC market
and often makes them harder to trade, and less liguid.

Robert:

You can't do DD when no one has any idea as to how many shares are outstanding. It's really that simple.
