Saket: Definition of what analysts mean: Strong Buy: Our special big clients want to get out of this stock badly and sell, and they are in kind of a rush. Buy: Our special clients want to get out of this stock but they are willing to wait a bit and sell little by little. Hold: Our special clients dont really care about this stock but they have started to show some interest in buying some. Marketperform/Sell: Our big special clients want to get their hands on this stock and buy as many shares as they can. UnderPerfom/Strong Sell: Our big special clients want to get their hands on this stock badly and they want to buy as many shares as they can. don't forget wall street is pretty bullish on amat-whats the eps again for amat in 1998. next two weeks should be fun. quarter ends for funds-ie window dressing-japan-rumor soros dumped all us equities and are shorting and buying puts, the fed has a meeting on tuesday-i think it was morgan who said they will raise the fed funds rate .25. it might not have been morgan but it was a big name., i'll double check and get back, employement numbers on friday-more pre announcements. my eps might be to optimistic. pleae , no name calling. IF YOUR A TRADER CAN MAKE MONEY IN SUCKERS RALLY. BUT ITS LIKE MUSICAL CHAIRS-DON'T WANT TO BE LEFT STANDING WHEN THE MUSIC STOPS.-----SEE INTEL. BE NICE AGAIN ,JUST MY OPINION-DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
