Joe, the SEC filings are completed differently by each company. These reports are carefully crafted and expertly prepared. In order to get down to the brass tacks take a general position first and then start sifting. If I may give you some advice, it seems like you are doing the opposite. So, try to get the big picture first. What is the company strategy and goals, what roadblocks do they face. Then start looking at the finer points. Sergio

Ola, The Amigos believe it is about time the we hop on the APCO bandwagon again. Our first ride on APCO produced a 100% gain in about three months. We sold because the stock had overheated as a result of the wonderful news from the company. We will again be taking a position in APCO in the morning. APCO has sold off a little since we originally sold. APCO is one of our favorites and we certainly expect stellar gains from the company throughout the remainder of '98. Amigo Mike
