George, Now I just can't believe that anyone would call you a trouble maker. (G) When did all of our divisions stop making any money? We have had several profitable quarters and Muller for sure has been profitable since we aquired them. If we are talking revenues here, aren't we looking at roughly 8-9 million for fiscal 97? It has been explained that when companies are sold, the multiple used to determine value is applied to revenues. Earnings while a plus are not required to achieve the multiples, I am pretty sure that we achieved a multiple of 5X revenues on the sale of the W.H. Smith contracts and remember hearing that that division was well in the red which is an example of this. I am not "totally" convinced that we will make it to the promised land either but I do believe we have a pretty good chance with Joe at the helm so I intend to stay aboard. James
