Dexx, I absolutely agree. Look, Ira is a New Yorker, down to the bone. If anyone has ever talked to him, he shoots straight from the hip, and has little bones about telling you what is up and what isn't.
Insiders at ATXI hold diddly squat. Jerry Mathwig is the man with the most shares, along with other "beneficial" shareholders. He's in the same business as ATXI. What's his equity position worth with around 200k shares if ATXI tanks? Probably less than $200k. What's it worth if the merger goes through? Probably over $1MM, or a share exchange as part of the transfer of ATXI's business, whatever that is worth.
Plus, he's denied a seat on their board by the insiders, has voiced his discontent at seeing his investment drop after a 4 to 1 reverse split and possible delisting. That is serious money, even for people who already have serious money.
