I agree with with you, Ed: no warrants, rights, options or other derivatives. It is too easy to either come first or last due to the leverage. I think we should stick with the straight equity issues.

Anyone want to take a pro-warrant stand? I could be saying this only because I lack the testosterone to gamble on warrants!
