Gee Jumper, if that theory is a good one, then why doesn't Murphy sell some of his shares so that he can put the money back into DCI and use it for their everyday ops and aqcs?

Makes no sense, not one bit. You would allow an insider of some sort (if he wasn't an insider, then why would he have to file anything?) to register the sale of some stock for just a few hundred grand? Knowing that the info will become public knowledge? I am willing to bet a few $'s that CZ asked DCI for some cashflow and got turned down. This was probably a way to make the public know somethings up!

Of course Murphy makes no mistakes, so this whole scenario is not possible.

Hi JJ,

Everyone may be jumping the gun in regards to CZ putting in his own
money out of the goodness of his heart and the lack of cash on the
part of DCTC.......could it have been that he was repaying an earlier
loan?
