I don't know who approached who, but I talked with someone at CVIA (Not JA, and I forgot his name) and was told that the folks heading up WOTD are investors who have been forming this idea for three or so years. it seems there is a lot of personal finances and reputations at stake and these guys are taking things seriously. It only makes sense that JA should relinquish his position as CEO. Remember, WOTD is the big fish eating the little fish and from what I gather they know financing, distribution, and negotiation. They do not have to know the ins and outs of the tire and oil industry ...Those guys/gals are in place with every acquisition. So with each and every acquisition, you are getting an in place advisory board.
