1) Who is this Dharma Group? Has anybody ever VERIFIED the background of this company? Is it really in the size that is capable of providing a US$60,000,000 investment (a very risky investment) to a small company like DGIV? ***************************** If this Dharma Group is for real, it should be a big company. We may easily verify it by calling their Embassy in the United States.

Also, I noticed from the Dharmala Group's website that they are listed on the Hong Kong Exchange. I also noticed that the director's last name is Lam. Maybe it's a coincidence (sort of like "Smith" over here), but the last name Lam is known in Hong Kong. The Lam family that I am thinking of most definitely has money. Lots of it! Might want to check out the Hong Kong Exchange too. Juanita
