Phil, I no longer put any credibility into anything M. Armstrong writes. He writings have been consistently wrong and he continues to write only to further his own interests (No different from anyone else, I guess). His January '97 forecast predicted $30 oil by the end of the year and I made great profits going against his "short silver" reco. To make some money, just be a contrarian on Armstrong's picks. On another note... Kitco now shows platinum and palladium up $2.30 and $4.10 respectively when earlier I was sure they were down $6 and $4. Quite the reversal if the quotes are correct! - Jim.
