Welcome to the world of the market makers, Bral.

I have watched the most worthless of the worthless stocks imaginable get pumped and dumped by certain someones who seem to know how to "time things" to their advantage. It is not an innocent case of supply, demand and product. Alot of folks will see these dead cat bouncers and get high hopes that a company is a turnaround candidate or may have positive news on the horizon, but in most cases it is a select group of deep pocket traders and market makers just "having fun" and making alot of money in the process. Buyer Beware, it is easy to get caught in the undercurrent with these pumper dumpers.

Ken, I agree that someday a higher power will have to be answered to, and that those who pull fast ones and "get away" with wrongdoing will someday have to answer to "the eye in the sky." Personally, I think if I were in Bunte's shoes I would have rather suffered the wrath of being found guilty and facing some accountability than having to suffer the wrath of being found "naiive." What is amazing to me is that Bunte, being trained as an accountant-- and presumably having some familiarity with numbers and statistics-- wasn't the least bit reluctant to issue ridiculous press releases such as the one in which a (singular) goat, and a (singular) horse, was supposedly cured by the magic potion. That is truly a testimony to being naiive I suppose, and maybe also a testimony to his innocence. As an accountant, I would think that he should have had some general education dealing with statistical significance and basic science. But, it sounds like the NVID fiasco was a puppet show and that passing the buck and diffusing responsibility is just part of the merry band's basic repetoire.

Best regards,
Cindy
