I believe that Bob is essentially neutral on Japan at this time. He suggests 10% of equities be placed in an international growth fund. If the fund has 20% in Japan, and the fund represents 10% of your equities, then your exposure to Japan is 2%, which is not a big deal.

Or am I misrepresenting Bob's recommendations? Somehow I think the right number is 5%, rather than 2%.
