We're not talking about "Joe Investor" here, you would think that the CFO of a major company might want to show his commitment and belief in that company by holding a large amount of the stock. And even if he thought the company was going down the tubes he would probably still feel compelled to keep some stock....probably about 25% <g>.

Most of the upper management are being paid in options as well, so a little selling is not to be construed as people dumping on the inside.

Without knowing the extent of his recent stock options, it is impossible to know whether 75,000 shares qualifies as a little or a lot. Going by the last 14A it is a lot, but a new 14A should be out fairly soon and will tell the tale.
