"I hope the imminent GM announcement doesn't catch you short (this is purely my speculation.)"

Jack,

Have any idea what it might take to pry that press release out of TAVA?

People on the thread have known about the GM deal for a couple of months. Why hasn't the company put out a press release!

I would like to see the next run up start with us in the $13-$14 range, not wait until we are back to $9 and then have to make the same $$ all over again.

Disagree with me all you want, but this is a company that has gone global but still acts like a mom and pop store when it comes to PR.

Bruce

<<4. 30 to 60 days latter you start receiving payments.>>

They book revenues on the invoicing issue, not on the receipt of the payments.

Jack, I see the book revenue on invoice point has been made, otherwise I would have made it. Getting the actual $ is just a cashflow issue.

It is possible for revenues revenues to be deferred though - if a company is being conservative with revenues, it might choose NOT to book the 'software' revenues if the revenue for the CD is linked to the successful implementation of the services contract; potentially the revenue may need to be backed out. I would be surprised if this is the case though.
