Hi Mayer, not sure I understand what they're saying here...is this for the B band wireless licenses? >>S‚rgio Motta, confirmed yesterday that Brazilian telecoms' privatization auctions should begin next April 10, when the envelops containing international groups' bids will be open.<< Regarding valuation of the wireless companies...occurred to me over the weekend that all we need to get a beat on current sentiment is what the 26 wireless firms are trading for, at the point the begin to trade on the Brazilian market. She's sure not holding up well today...can't find any news to explain it. Sounds like Motta made it back to work and things are proceeding. Should see an interest rate cut in the next week...doesn't make a lot of sense to me. sf sf
