nds Messaging Capabilities for Customers

ORLANDO, Fla., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Today at the Data Interchange
Standards Association (DISA) conference, GE Information Services
announced that its Enterprise System achieved certification for SAP's
Application Link Enabling (ALE) interface for the SAP R/3 System.

The certification extends Enterprise System's capability beyond batch
EDI to provide direct, real time access to the SAP environment.
Enterprise's any to any translation services can now be used to link an
existing business application or trading partner to any of SAP's 1,200
Business Application Interface based functions. This extends the user's
ability to gain additional benefits from their SAP investment. In
addition, the ALE interface provides users with faster setup,
installation and ramping and improves the security and reliability of
the transaction.

''Combining the powerful message management tools of the Enterprise
System with the extended capabilities provided by ALE makes it easier
for business partners to communicate,'' said Steve Scala, Manager, EDI
Global Marketing, GE Information Services. ''This comprehensive solution
enables users to take their messaging systems to the next level, giving
them a competitive edge in the marketplace.''

Enterprise System offers centralized control over diverse business
applications, communications paths and information flows. It quickly and
seamlessly routes, translates and distributes data and allows real time,
interactive communications. In addition, Enterprise System centralizes
access to multiple value added networks, direct connects and third party
services. Companies using this solution can benefit from reduced
inventory levels, shortened payment cycles and enhanced customer
service.

''With the ALE interface, the document never 'hits the ground,' enabling
real time interaction and offering users greater speed, flexibility and
control. It's a win-win situation for everyone,'' said Scala.

Mike, I show the earnings being released on 5/4/98 from WSRN.com, I'm thinking they better beat that .23 by at least a penny or we will see a repeat of last quarter (down 5). Still amazing the low volume and little news that they release; I guess no news is better than bad news.

Good Luck,

Bud
