Henry,
I think our offices should be in the lobby of Ceasers, near the Sports book. It would make it very convenient for me.

Henry,

I think that moving Naxos to the US is a great idea for many reasons. Besides better laws to protect its shareholders. It will help us with the stigmatism over being a Vancouver mining company. It is a known fact that many institutional investor will not even glance at a Vancouver mining company. More institutional investors will look seriously at Naxos. If this was a US company IMO the stock would not be as undervalued as it is today.

It will help us put the past (ASE, JJ, Matt & JL) behind us. I am not sure but I would guess that a majority of Naxos shareholders are from the US. I am also afraid of how the US will handle letting a foreign company mine this huge US reserve.

In the question of where to move the company. It can setup the corp. in Delaware, but I would suggest it locate itself somewhere near FL. I think that being a local company creating jobs and paying taxes will make it easier to get the needed infrastructure permits, roads, water, electric... to support this massive project.

Let's get out of Vancouver and leave the past behind.
