How many millions would this acquisition cost FAMH? I don't think that ATXI would issue 10 million new shares, then swap it to Firamada for nothing....

Any educated guesses?

BTW, how would a bizarre "hostile takeover" that some people are pushing work? Wouldn't Ira have to file with the SEC of his intentions? Has he? Wasn't his highest claim of cash on hand about $2 million, and hasn't a good portion of that been spent on buying back (claim) 800,000 shares of FAMH stock?

Would $2 million be enough to buy up most of the ATXI stock (i.e., just about the entire float)? If the ATXI stock can go to 3 1/2 on the open market, why would someone holding 14 percent of it take less from Ira?

Curiouser and curiouser...
