Hi R.D.Buschman; Regarding all that commercial real-estate
in shopping malls and the like.

The quantity of commercial shopping real estate per capita
has zoomed in this country over the last 4 decades or so.
It is just amazing. I thought it would be all dead by
now 10 years ago when I took a retailing class, but it
hangs on. Sure e-commerce is going to take some sales
away, but there will always be some stick in the mud
types that just won't sign on to the new paradigm.

One of my buddies is setting up a hair cutting salon
in a local mall. I tried to get him to set it up
over the net, but he is just too old fashioned to
consider selling over the net. It seems to me you
could deliver a virtual hair cut for much cheaper
than otherwise.
