As soon as I saw yourmessage,I checked CG. Nothing happening there.
Bid is 61, last at 65. Small bid. Since they're the operator, they
should move first or in tandem with MMU. I expect they are compiling,
analyzing the data as it comes in and trying to figure out their
next move. If there is a material change, they have to report it.
At the same time companies have become much more careful about their
reporting than they were even two years ago. I've seen the stock
exchanges force companies to rewrite and reissue NRs recently.
Recent lawsuits have also made companies, brokerage houses, etc.
much more careful.Unsubstantiated claims that result in a loss
are being taken to court. Slows the whole process down. Means that
NRs are lawyered. Takes some of the fun out of it, of course.
We can fantasize wildly but the company has to stick to actual
results.
