TO ALL:

Transfer Naxos to the U.S.? Yes, but I would do it this way:

Start a brand new company here in the U.S. (Nevada, Delaware, wherever the tax climate is the best).
Give it a totally different name.
The new U.S. company makes an offer to buy Naxos with the issuance of shares in the new entity.
The shares issued to the present stockholders be the equivalent of a two for one split (if you own 1,000 shares in Naxos, you will receive 2,000 shares in the new entity).
The offer is accepted.

O.K., guys and girls, give me the negatives!!
