Paco,
Sector rotation is the future of the market. The internet stocks may be overvalued but that won't bring the whole market down. How many internet stocks are in the Dow? How many drug stocks? How many small caps? The Dow is the psychological indicator of the market and it appears to be safe from major over valuation. The two retailers, Sears and Wall Mart are turning down but the two oil stocks CHEV and XON will turn up following the OPEC talks. Also MO is trending higher following an upgrade by brokers as the tobacco liability comes closer to having a number put on it. So, the market continues. Play the sector rotation and the volatility.
