Unfortunately, I will not be able to listen in on the conference call. If any of you will be listening, please ask the following:

How much goodwill is on the balance sheet?
Does the revenue number include the most recent acquisition?
Will they consider using a Big Six accounting firm ( I am suspicious of anybody I haven't heard about)?
What can they possibly do to raise the stock price (without hyping it?)
If the performance is being hidden (as Sullivan suggested), perhaps he should be a little more informative as to what the companies in question actually do and how much they contribute to the bottom line.
What is the true story in regards to the botched acquisition attempt last fall?
Are any more "one-time" charges expected?
What is the long term goal of the company? Does anybody really know what it is exactly they do (in layman's terms)?

Please let me know if any of you out there listen to the call.

Thanks,

Dave
