Art, bid .53 ask .56. The MM's have another house, a benz, and a show poodle with a wacky cut. If I were Ira, I would have sat on the bid to buy more shares. If the deal fell through, I'd put out a release in a harsh tone telling the world what we already know, ATXI has no future. They'll need whatever payroll they have left, the inventory of copiers to copy out of business signs for the front door, and the vacuums to clean up the crumbs. Or, put out a release that the takeover is complete, and watch the price skyrocket. Jin.
