(OTC Bulletin Board: EUTO - news) is pleased to announce that it has signed an Agreement appointing it financial and marketing consultant to Reddi-Form, Inc. (R-F). Eutro will place its new client in a proper posture to raise capital through an SEC offering. The consulting firm expects R-F to be listed on the Electronic Bulletin Board, and will be a reporting company. R-F was founded in 1990, and incorporated in Pennsylvania in the same year, by Ron Ardres, its current President and CEO. Its purpose was to produce and market the patented product developed by Mr. Ardres. This product is an insulated concrete wall system that is an expanded polystyrene stay-in- place concrete form used to build insulated poured concrete foundations and walls. By interlocking the forms, one can build any type of wall imaginable, and even entire houses, at a cost comparable with conventional methods. It is suitable for residential and commercial multi-story structures. The advantages to developers and contractors include significant labor savings, waste reduced to as low as 2%, all weather construction capability, minimized bracing requirements, wind and earthquake resistance, and will accept any finish to provide superior aesthetics and manufacturing locations throughout the U.S. The advantages to homeowners include insulation for savings on heating and cooling bills, low sound transmission for quieter interior spaces, finishing versatility for superior aesthetics, reduced construction costs resulting in reduced mortgages and rebates from local power companies. Some of the more recent product orders for R-F are 4 motels and 40 homes in south Texas, and they currently have an agreement for 1300 homes in North Carolina. They are also finalizing the negotiations on 125 units for the Air Force Base in Montana.
