Fitz HOLD-FAMH!!!!! SELL-ATXI 1. IRA can't buy ATXI because his first release stated that ATXI had to buy FAMH in order to remain listed on the NASDAQ, not the other way around. 2. The press releases from ATXI are little more than "No Comment." The rule that stopped ATXI from trading states that news must be disseminated, and that it is accurate, and not misleading. They're just restating that rule. My broker has usually filled on the NASDAQ within a minute. I placed a sell for ATXI before the bell, and have not got a confirmation back yet. . . (10:15)
