Does anyone have any idea as to why DEC and CPQ aren't tracking on 1:1 basis today as they usually do? Upon just checking DEC +5/16 and CPQ -5/16. Is the talk about a deal restructuring possibly true or is there another DEC suitor on the horizon?

Today's CPQ drop is most likely because I became a first time buyer on Friday (500 CPQ at 26 3/8). I rarely pick the best times to buy. Luckily I only used about 40% of my future DEC cash figuring I could average down if CPQ retested the 23-24 support level.
