[ Chart Observation: Shiva (SHVA) ]

In theory, the recent chart development on Shiva's chart is that of a Bearish Flag. Flags tend to "point" in the direction counter to its recent movement (i.e. if the stock runs up, the flag should tilt down, and if it sells off quickly, the flag should point up). The expectation for these patterns is a breakout in the direction of the previous run-up (i.e. a downward pointing flag breaks out to the upside, and vice versa).

Let's see how Edwards and Magee hold up for this one.
