solution, I'm sorry if I misled you. The "bullish" instance in my posts were mostly quoted from others that believe in ACLY. If you read my early post, you should know that I was short. In fact, I was one of the earliest short in AOL board (Go Asp). I first shorted ACLY on 12/31/96 @ 16 1/4 and on 01/02/97 @ 22 1/2. I took some profit in it's way down during the first half of 1997, and shorted more at around 25 this year. The primary reason that I believe this stock is compeletely hype is that THERE'S NO COMPETITORS. Because ACLY does not have any patent or monopoly power that prevent any competitors, the only explanation is that the market is very small. Hay, this is a free country, and there's many talented people around. If VAX y2k solution is a billion dollar business, there would be ten companies competing. Of course the excellent research CR did reinforced my position. Although I notice that you took me as a long from my recently post, I'm aware that you currently do not have any position and intend to wait at the sideline, so I didn't try to clearify my position. I took some profit in VIAS lately. I'm not sure what market response wil be towards it's y2k desktop solution. My target for VIAS is 20 by end of this year - mid 99. I'll seek any bounce back to mid 30's at opportunity to short more. BTW, Another order to by to cover at 16 1/2 is filled yesteday. Now I'm hoping TG will do something to boost the stock back to, say 20. XZ
