Here is one possible interpretation of the LGMTA action.
Suppose CVUS signs a deal to purchase its LMDS
equipment from one of the major vendors (LU, Nortel,
Bosch Telecom ...). What would happen to LGMTA?
Note that I have no information on an equipment
deal by CVUS. I am just trying to interpret the market
action.

LGMTA released its 9/97 10Q last week after the very late filing of its 6/97 10K this month. The losses continue to mount but it seems like they should have a turn around after the new management take over and, I imagine that LGMTA is finishing up their write off's in time for their stockholders meeting on 4/9/98. The 12/31/97 2nd Quarterly Report SHOULD BE OUT before 4/9 and hopefully with some good news.

The sudden drop in price is probably due to the 9/97 10Q. The info in the Proxy calls for a 1:10 reverse split which probably will help in trading. Also, a name change to "Broadband Wireless Communications Inc.",which may be a plus and finally, a Cert. of Inc. modification for a zillion more shares... for what?
