The router we are using has caused all 3 servers (one is in testing)to lose these data files. We are waiting on the phone company to upgrade this router. In the meantime, they have made some changes to the T1's so that they are working better with the current router, so we should be OK now until they show up to upgrade the router. We have since set up a 4th server that will not be on the internet, so that we can trap these data files, and give us another back-up for data. This problem should not happen again.
