Open Letter To The BellHead

Last words on this particular go-around:

1) As to the "BellHead" statement, I have said that it can be taken both ways; how you choose to interpret it is up to you. I always take great care to not attach my own interpretation to the word in my postings.

2) Mortal Enemies? I am the enemy of ignorance and stupidity. If the shoe fits...

3) Lilco management: No, according to you, the UNIONS are responsible, not management. Which is it, logic-boy? The evil unions, or the poor, misunderstood management? You've flip-flopped on this once already. Which is it? Whichever one you choose, please support with facts. If you are going to make a public post, it's the least you can do. Unlike myself, who grew up in New Jersey, and am quite familiar with the LILCO horror story, Pat and others probably don't have that perspective, and might actually mistakenly take your opinion for fact, when they may or may not be the same.

4) Logic. I make my living being logical, and you know what? I'm pretty good at what I do. Perhaps what makes your posts so annoying is that you tend to suspend logic in support of your opinions, and do so in a fatuous and bombastic way. I will admit to receiving a certain amount of joy in popping your balloon, but gee whiz! It's just so HUGE! It begs for it.

5) Explaining yourself. No need to explain yourself: I have a complete understanding of you. I mostly post to you to remind you that, despite what you think, not everyone is buying what you're selling. I guess this makes me "slime". I have noticed that, when your back is up against the wall in a discussion, you resort to name-calling, and that "I don't have to explain myself" line, and then do a quick "exit, stage left" rather than address the point. It's okay; I forgive you. The "go along to get along" behavior is a deeply ingrained BellHead survival mechanism.

Too bad it doesn't work anymore - as you will soon find out.

Wishing you a BellHead day!

:))

Steve
