Steve: I only bot 500 on my first attempt, waterhouse showed 10 1/8 x 10 3/8. Some places are only showing 10 1/4 as the day high, but at that price the spread would be the same as I posted, After a couple more buys using this method, I'll personally know more about the execution. I know one thing, I saved money on this buy and that 3/8 extra money on round trips will add up in no time. It's not often a trader can learn how to save 3/8 and I do appreciate it.

Steve: I wanted to let you know how my ZVX trade turned out. I sold today & at the confirm screen on my brokers website the ask was 10.75 & bid was 10.625. I set a limit sell at 10.6875 & it came back at 10.75! I know from experience that if I had keyed in a mkt sell order, it would have come back at 10.625. So the profit I made on this trade was all due to using the 1/16 method you posted. The volume is low on this stock, but it still worked buying only 500 shares. I will check the volume more closely on future trades, but I can tell you I would have paid 10.3875 instead of 10.1875 and I would have sold for 10.625 instead of 10.75. Many thanks, Jim - Dallas
