If the deal was off, I think Famh would've released a PR today. I think it is on and strong. Atxi has no leverage, whatsoever.

Those buying ATXI either have much better, or much worse information than we do. Either they haven't seen the "No Comment" releases, or they know that the major shareholders are behind IRA. I sold my ATXI at the open, and planned to double up at 1 1/2 (and missed the FAMH dip) Oh well. . .

My take on ATXI strength is the smart money knows the deal is on or done. That mixed in with speculators looking for a quick buck. But I think the majority shareholders in ATXI would of sold into the strength if the deal was a joke or made up by FAMH.
