Maybe you should read the site! DARTZ does pick some small caps for a random portfolio which they will then use for comparison purposes against a portfolio chosen for more technical reasons. However if you read the Wall Street Journal, you will notice they also do this.

If you don't like DARTZ advice, then don't follow it. I myself like to get information from a wide variety of sources so I can make a well-informed decision.

(By the way, MEME has gone up 3/16 today.)
