OSX is mirroring lack of additional production-cut pledges, thus far, from OPEC meeting. But the meeting is not over yet, and an announcement should be forthcoming. We may yet see a pop. Tulvio

Hey Thean, long time - no read. It does seems harder to
figure what direction will be , however I am pretty
comfortable that we'll have an upside bias. (famous last words)
OPEC sure seems like the key. Except it is not really OPEC,
it others as well. I think they will work in concert with
each other and I think they will publically claim solidarity.
