Freddie, my take exactly. I think that around 3:30, after the call from the NASD, Reidel looked at Gerber looked at Reidel and they both starting sweating bullets.

Freddie,

When things get hot (potential take-over), most people get squeamish and want to back off.

I think Ira is more like an attack dog. If the competition gets rough, he just bites a little harder. We don't need a weak-hearted leader...and Ira is a charging bull. You either ride with him or get run over...just the guy I want steering the ship.
