For clarification, Mr Donald McInnes is neither an employee nor a representative of Kholberg Capital Management. He is the president of both Blackstone and Glenhaven. Kholberg provides investor relations services to Blackstone. Blackstone has not announced a planned private placement nor did it close a $970,000 private placement. Glenhaven did close a private placement for $970,000 on March 27 1998 as reported in Stockwatch March 30 1998.
