To demand a "public" statement from RMIL, when they are
accomodating RMCW by extending the deadline, is not only humorous,
it is potentially dangerous.

But of course you would view it this way.... :0)

However, the money has absolutely NOTHING to do with the total amount of outstanding shares and the issue of substantiating a short squeeze. It also has nothing to do with a discussion of insider stock transactions.

Why are you so opposed to RMIL disclosing and discussing the above points?? I would think that it is high time that RMIL again re-establish public contact with its shareholders since all involved seem to feel the company has "satisfied" the SEC fully with its previous 8K.

Also, how can the "investor" be contractually obligated on one hand, when the company apparently only has a Letter of Intent from him??

Again, there is a big difference between the two and none of the yeas seem inclined to address this conflict.

Guess my logic makes too much sense for you to allow it to stand unopposed.

I understand.

Regards,

Ron
