Here are the one I can answer now.

How about prayer? I believe and know that prayer in the name of Jesus works. I don't know anything about the Name It Claim It doctrine.

Do you believe that Jesus was wealthy? No, not in the sense of dollar wealth. It is not supported by Scriptures.

Healing is a matter for God. No physician has ever healed anyone. He may cut, he may administer drugs etc., but it is always God who does the healing. Some healing is engineered by God in the nature of creation, but other healings occur through an actual intervention of God.

Christian SCience is a religion based on natural sense knowledge.
Christianity is based on the recreation of man's spirit through the sacrifice of Jesus. Christians are then in communication with God through their spirit being and not through sense knowledge.

I am not a Jehovah's Witness.

When acknowledging the truth about ourselves, does that include setting aside all reason and rationality to come to the place you are at.
No, we do not set aside reason and rationality. We simply face the truth about ourselves and our imperfect broken condition.
The goal of the Christian is not to come to the place where any man is at but at the place that Christ is at. We are to become as He is--a son og God.

If we manipulate the genes to cure a defect, are we acting contrary to spiritual principles.
I don't think so.
