Stockjet,

Hope some of the comments were potentially of use, although I'm not sure that I can tell you all of the details about the grapefruit juice interactions are fully known yet. However, I don't think it would be safe to assume that more erections would occur as a result of the viagra not being metabolized properly. Keep in mind that seldane when kept around longer didn't lead to better allergy control, but simply potential arrhythmia by way of what is called QT prolongation on an ekg. There may be only so much inhibition of the phosphodiesterase necessary or of use, but the continued exposure in the body to sustained or possibly gradually rising levels of viagra wouldn't necessarily be safe....not that I know at this point exactly what to expect...I do know enough to say that I wouldn't be a volunteer for this. Remember that Viagra was initially in a trial for cardiac use when it was found to have this side effect....we see where it worked better, but medicines are not toys to play with. The possible secondhand/black market worries me....could end up becoming abused with possible risks, and could end up getting regulated like narcotics if that happens....this is purely conjecture on my behalf though.

Regards,

Marshall
